To subscribe you must fill in the order form and send it to the address of the organization by e-mail (innovation@nas.gov.ua). Please fill out carefully all of the points of the order form (order form).

Invoice
An invoice will be issued based on the order. The invoice will be sent to you for payment by fax (or email), the original invoice will be sent to your mailing address. Upon receipt of the invoice you must pay for it through a bank. The payment must be performed within the time defined in the invoice by means of cashless transfer to the bank account specified in the invoice.

Contract
If necessary, you can sign a contract with the organization "on delivery of periodical publications." The contract takes effect after its signing and is valid until the fulfillment of obligations. On your request you will be given an executed works act after the expiry of the contract.

Tax invoices
If you need a tax invoice then you must provide the necessary information on the basis of the taxpayer certificate in the special box of the form.

Ending subscription
After all obligations for the delivery of periodical publications are met the parties sign an executed works act. Such an act may also be made for partial performance of obligations, for a certain period.
