This practical manual contains 480 recipes based on vegetable raw materials, 35 herbal remedies and 65 homeopathic preparations grouped by diseases (a total of 87 diseases and symptoms, taking into account synonyms - 335), with a brief description of them. The recipes use 280 species of plants, mostly European flora. The experience of folk and scientific medicine in Bulgaria, France, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Yugoslavia (within the old borders) as well as India and other non-European regions is widely presented. 109 sources in 16 languages are used, as well as oral and written communications of traditional healers.
