Key issues to be addressed at the seminar:
1. DOI Digital ID

- Digital ID DOI as a criterion for assessing scientific journal.
- Using additional services Databases CrossRef: CrossRef Reference Linking; CrossRef Plagiarism Check; CrossRef Publication Record; CrossRef Funding Data.
- Automation of the registration process of digital identifiers DOI.

2. Database Web of Science

- Scientometric indexes and interaction with Web of Science, joining the Web of Science;

3. Citations: new rules for registration

- New standards prystateynyh registration lists.

We invite to participate in the Workshop leaders and institutions Scientific Secretary of NAS of Ukraine, heads and members of editorial boards and editorial staff of scientific journals.
