Services in assigning DOI

The SA "Ukrinformnauka" is offering services in assigning DOI digital identifiers. The unique DOI code, unlike a citation, can be identified without errors when searching the Internet. By querying on the CrossRef website (www.crossref.org) for DOI digital identifier you can get not only a description of the article, but a link to the full text.
